Ti-zahn has always taken safety seriously. We have always incorporated sanitation practices in our workplace to prevent both bacterial and viral contaminants, including frequent hand-washing, and sanitizing all production surfaces daily.
Our teas are packed by weight, not volume, so you can find different blends of tea that look different even though both are 1 ounce.
For tea preparation questions please look at the packaging from our Ti-zahn shop. We do suggest having a temperature setting-specific kettle for the best enjoyment, and we strongly recommend NOT using the microwave.
In general, ti-zahn recommends 1 teaspoon of tea per 8-ounce cup of water, but this can be altered to your specific tastes.
