Returns & Exchanges
All loose-leaf tea, edible and digital purchases are final and are not subject to returns or exchanges of any kind. We aim to deliver teas of the highest quality. Should there be a quality issue with any product, we will be most happy to resolve that. As they are food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges of teaware and accessories are allowed within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the receipt. Goods must be returned in original packaging. If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Refunds
All loose-leaf tea, edible and digital purchases are final and are not subject to refunds of any kind. We aim to deliver teas of the highest quality. Should there be a quality issue with any product, we will be most happy to resolve that.
Once your item has been returned and we have received your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified
Shipping
We aim to get you your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are filled and shipped out within three to five business days from the date the order is placed. Once USPS tracking information has been obtained and your package is ready to ship out, an email will be sent out notifying you of your order's status.
Should an item be returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect shipping/address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase, the customer is responsible for paying any costs for re-shipment. Should customers wish to cancel the order, any shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

Package theft is one of the fastest-growing crimes in the U.S. For added assurance, consider having your package addressed to a secure location.
